These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SOPEONOW website at https://www.sopeonow.com (the “Website”), operated by MITTRA CONSULTANCY SERVICES PTE LTD (“SOPEONOW”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website is informational. It provides general information about SOPEONOW and its products. Access to and use of the SOPEONOW platform and products is governed by a separate written agreement between SOPEONOW and the relevant organization (for example, a master services agreement, subscription agreement, and Data Processing Agreement). Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance, and these Terms do not grant any right to use the SOPEONOW platform.

1. Pilots and trials

Any pilot, trial, or evaluation (including any “risk-free pilot” or time-based commitments referenced on the Website) is offered subject to separate, specific pilot terms agreed in writing between the parties. Stated timelines are indicative and may depend on factors such as your systems’ interoperability (for example, HL-7 compliance). Marketing statements on the Website are not contractual commitments.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Website for lawful, informational purposes only. You agree not to:

use the Website in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its underlying systems;
interfere with or disrupt the Website’s operation or security;

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOPEONOW and its affiliates from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms.
